Every person I came across dealt with me very kindly. The assistant who called me for my appointment was very nice. She was welcoming and supportive to my issue. I felt very comfortable with her. The consultant I saw was very clear in my plan and explained things well.

Professional staff who kept me informed of my progress. Everything was explained to me and the team at ESAC were extremely good.
Excellent thorough service in a more relaxed setting delivered efficiently with care and thoughtfulness. Sandwiches and drinks offered to patients and care and respect from all the staff at all times. Was put at ease by everyone
This was my first physio session after a full knee replacement. The professionalism and reassurance from both Melissa and Lydia was refreshing. I am looking forward to my next session in 2 weeks time. Thank you.
All the staff from consultants and nurses to healthcare workers and cleaners were efficient, informative and helpful
I’m alive, I experienced a stroke on Saturday 5th May 2024 at my home address. My husband called an ambulance and I recall 3 paramedics attending. I was taken to A&E where I was taken care of. All the staff were wonderful from what I can recall, I couldn’t even remember my name or address at one point. I was aware of what I wanted to say but couldn’t form the words. I feel so grateful to all the staff who took care of me. The following morning I felt so much better I foolishly discharged myself. I was seen by the stroke nurse who advised me to take 300 mg of aspirin daily until I returned to the hospital and the Doctor who confirmed I would be back in a few days for a MRI scan. On Monday, late afternoon I experienced chest pain but presumed I’d strained myself, It didn’t disappear the following morning so I returned to A& E, where again I received excellent care…. thank you so much Doncaster Royal Infirmary A & E staff.
Sent to minor injuries unit from A&E. Initially very few people waiting. Time spent between patients is horrendous. More and more people arriving and less and less being seen. Two nurses however the lady did not see anyone in the time I was there. People came out nobody went in. Can hear the nurse typing but not seeing anyone.
Wouldn’t be so bad if someone came and apologised for the wait or gave an estimate as to how long it would be. At this point it would have been quicker to be seen in A&E. Somebody really needs to look at this.
Nurses and doctor were very informative. They knew I was anxious and reassured me throughout and explained what was happening. Procedure was over in a matter of minutes and results explained clearly to me.
